Strategy Implementation Practices and Growth of Deposit Taking Savings and Credit Cooperatives in Embu County, Kenya

Purpose: This study involved determination of how the aspects organization structure and culture affect growth SACCOs specifically those that take deposits in County Embu.
 Methodology: The theories guided this included institutional theory Edgar Schein theory. Descriptive survey research design was adopted targeting 11 savings credit cooperatives Embu as unit analysis 77 respondents formed observation where census used. validity well reliability questionnaires used to collect primary data determined through a pilot test with overall Cronbach alpha coefficient value 0.873. project overseer who is subject guru area went content tool determine if adequately captured being studied thus ascertained for validity.
